You just put your lips together and blow.” They were married the next year and appeared in three other films together: “Key Largo,” “Dark Passage” and “Two Guys from Milwaukee.” Bogart caught Bacall’s screen test and afterwards told her, “Kid, we will have a lot of fun together,” Mandosa said. The wife of a studio executive noticed Bacall’s image on a popular magazine cover and showed it to her husband.
